Refund Policy:
Review the artwork carefully, making sure to check for typographical errors, wrong phone numbers, addresses, etc. We will not be responsible for mistakes that occur after you have approved and sign the artwork in design quote. If the artwork is not acceptable, please notify us in writing of any changes that should be made. we are not responsible for any damaged garments or any loss in production.Please note that we provide you Digitized or Vectored files and you satisfy from our work/services. There is NO refund or charge backs accepted once the payment is made, however all edits are completely free until your satisfaction
Copyright Policy:
For Custom Digitizing and Vector Art, the files are digitized and changed over to vector exclusively for the client. DigitizingOne only digitize or vector these artwork to an embroidery file or vector file and charges the cost only.DigitizingOne assumes that you have all necessory premissions to reproduce those brands. However we will not in any case re-sell these digitizing or vector designs to anyone in any case.
This Policy is copyright ensured. Unapproved duplicating, sharing or use of protected material is stricktly restricted. It is an infringement of government law and the Copyright Act. Punishments for copyright encroachment incorporate common and criminal punishments including detainment of as long as five years and hafty fines per offense.
